1-day seminar with focus on the creation of a holistic innovation management

Holistic innovation management means more than just successfully implementing an idea and introducing it to the market. The House of Innovation developed by LEAD describes the structured and holistic structure of innovation management in a company and considers a total of 4 dimensions: Structure, culture, processes & methods and strategy. We create the basis for the understanding of the House of Innovation and how you can build a holistic innovation management in your company.

How do you arrive at a holistic innovation management?

Often companies do not yet have a holistic view of innovation management or do not even know what already exists in individual areas and where there are still gaps.

Therefore, there is a multi-stage model for creating a House of Innovation, the model for holistic innovation management: In a first step, previous innovation activities are analyzed to generate an initial understanding of innovation in the company.

The analysis includes all 4 building blocks of the House of Innovation - strategy, process & methods, structure and innovation culture.

This is followed by an evaluation of the results with the help of an innovation scorecard, which shows in a traffic light system in all building blocks of the House of Innovation, where there is much need for action and in which areas the company is already well positioned.

The seminar focuses on the method of the House of Innovation - so that your company can also establish a holistic innovation management.
